How am I impacted by the upcoming IT changes? As we’ve shared over the past few months, Evolent is aligning our technology under one roof. There are 2 phases of this project.
Phase I of this project impacts anyone that currently has a @evolenthealth.com email address and includes changing our email identity from @evolenthealth.com to @evolent.com.
Phase II of this project impacts anyone that has a legacy business unit email address and migrating them to a single email address using @evolent.com. As part of this migration, we will preserve and carry over information from other email account(s) to the @evolent.com account.
*These changes do not affect employees who do not have @Evolenthealth.com email addresses (such as NIA team members)
Is my username and password changing?
No. Removing “health” from the domain name is the only change. Anything before the @ sign will remain the same. Passwords are not changing.
After this change, will people still be able to contact me from my evolenthealth.com email address?
Yes. Your legacy evolenthealth.com email address is being added as an alias of your new Evolent.com email address indefinitely.
